At The Riviera Club, all products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at [rivieraclubcontact@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Shipping Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Unclaimed Orders
Orders that are not claimed or collected may be returned. In such cases, reshipping costs will apply.
